| A good glaze fire! I use a computer operated electric kiln for the final glaze firing. It allows very precise timing and temperature control. I fire to 2100 in 10 hours. The timing is equally as important as the temperature in bringing out the full, rich colors of the clay yet still leaving the underglazes bright and colorful. Even with all of these precautions I still cross my fingers and hope for the best. Every fire is a little dfferent. | ||||
